Please give the ID or password that you would like information about.

Send message to customer service

If the problem occurs with payment or with a password, please send the following information in a message.

  • WHEN was the purchase?
  • WHAT did you buy/want to buy?
  • HOW was the purchase made (bank card, SMS, IVR, etc.)?
  • WHAT code, e-mail address was used at the time of purchase?
  • WHAT answer was received?
